Why this training
Prompting is a method, not a collection of formulas
A well-phrased question is enough for a simple task. On a complex one (analysing a file, producing a structured deliverable, handling cases that do not look alike), quality depends on how the request is built, split and checked.
This advanced day is for users who already master the basics. It gives them the techniques to move from one-off use to reliable, reusable prompts shared with their colleagues.
Complex tasks
A single monolithic request gives less reliable results than a chain of steps: extract, rephrase, check, deliver. Splitting is a skill.
Edge cases
When information is missing, a model tends to produce it anyway. Anticipating these situations, and telling the model what to do, avoids invented answers.
Reusable prompts
A prompt tested on reference cases and shared becomes a team asset, just like a procedure or a document template.

Programme
Five modules, complex cases
One 7-hour day, on-site or remote. In-house, exercises use participants' real tasks and the tool the company has chosen.
Module 1
Advanced prompting techniques
Examples given to the model (few-shot), explicit reasoning, negative constraints, clear separation between instructions and the data to process.
Module 2
Creative and analytical frameworks
Structuring a request depending on whether the task is to produce (texts, ideas, variants) or to analyse (compare, classify, summarise).
Module 3
Advanced features (agents, canvases)
Agents built into assistants and canvas-style editing spaces: what they change in the way you work, and when to use them.
Module 4
Handling edge cases
Missing information, contradictory instructions, unreliable content given to the model: spotting when the answer drifts and framing it.
Module 5
Orchestrating chained prompts
Splitting a complex task into successive steps (extraction, rephrasing, checking, delivery) and checking the result of each.

Funding
Getting the training funded
JustAI's Qualiopi certification gives access to funding from your French skills operator (OPCO). We provide the quote, the detailed programme and the training agreement: the documents your OPCO expects.
OPCO
Your skills operator (Atlas, Opco 2i, Akto, Afdas…) can cover all or part of the training, in-house or in an open session, under the skills development plan. Each OPCO applies its own rules and ceilings.
Payment: what changes on 1 October 2026
At several OPCOs, including Atlas, AKTO and Opco EP, direct payment of the training provider becomes the exception: the company pays the invoice, then claims reimbursement. Check your OPCO's rule before committing to the training.
CPF
This training is not certified, so it is not eligible for the CPF (France's personal training account). The CPF can fund certified training, such as our 4-day programme preparing for the RS No. 6891 certification on producing and reviewing professional content with generative AI, intended for content-production roles and subject to the applicable cap.
We help you put the funding application together: it is part of the service.

Your questions about this training
How does it differ from the corporate ChatGPT training?
"Fully mastering a generative AI tool" (beginner level) lays the foundations: how it works, request structure, frameworks, document analysis. This advanced course assumes those foundations and covers complex tasks, edge cases and chained prompts.
Do participants need to code?
No. The course is for advanced users of generative AI assistants, not developers. Teams integrating models into applications will find a complement in our AI agents and coding agents training.
Which tools?
ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral's Vibe or Microsoft Copilot: the techniques are shared. In-house, we work on the tool your company has chosen and on your cases.
In-house or open session: what is the difference?
In-house (€1,500 excl. VAT for a group from the same company), exercises use your teams' tasks. In an open session (€500 excl. VAT per participant), examples stay generic.
Can the training be funded?
Yes, by your OPCO under the skills development plan: JustAI is Qualiopi-certified. This day is not certified and therefore not eligible for the CPF.
