Why this training
A tool everyone uses, a method few have learned
A generative AI assistant produces the most plausible continuation of what it is given. Without method, its answers are vague; without checking, they are wrong but well written; without rules, it receives data that should never have left the company.
This training builds shared habits: structure a request, work on your own documents, check before you use. It focuses on ChatGPT and applies equally to Mistral's Vibe, Microsoft Copilot or HuggingChat.
Data
What an employee pastes into a conversation commits the company. Knowing what may go into the tool, and under which plan, is part of the training.
Reliability
A wrong but well-phrased text sent to a client is no longer a personal mistake. Checking an answer is a skill that can be learned.
Consistency
Ten people trained ten different ways produce ten practices and no common rule. A shared method turns individual use into a team skill.

Programme
Five modules, one day of practice
One 7-hour day, on-site or remote. Each module mixes demonstration and exercises; in-house, the exercises use your company's documents, anonymised where needed.
Module 1
How generative AI works
What a language model is, why it can invent a reference with confidence, and what changes when it is connected to web search or to your documents.
Module 2
Prompting basics and interfaces
The components of an effective request (role, context, task, output format) and iteration. Getting to grips with the interface: attachments, history, the settings of the plan in use.
Module 3
Prompting frameworks (RTF, ART, SCQA, TACOS)
Four frameworks to structure a request according to the expected result, including RTF (role, task, format) for routine output and SCQA (situation, complication, question, answer) for a reasoned memo.
Module 4
Analysing documents and spreadsheets
Summarising a long document, comparing two versions, extracting information from a spreadsheet. Then checking: cited sources, figures, names and dates.
Module 5
Automating recurring tasks
Turning a successful exchange into a reusable instruction, a shared prompt template or a custom assistant, for the tasks that come back every week.

Funding
Getting the training funded
JustAI's Qualiopi certification gives access to funding from your French skills operator (OPCO). We provide the quote, the detailed programme and the training agreement: the documents your OPCO expects.
OPCO
Your skills operator (Atlas, Opco 2i, Akto, Afdas…) can cover all or part of the training, in-house or in an open session, under the skills development plan. Each OPCO applies its own rules and ceilings.
Payment: what changes on 1 October 2026
At several OPCOs, including Atlas, AKTO and Opco EP, direct payment of the training provider becomes the exception: the company pays the invoice, then claims reimbursement. Check your OPCO's rule before committing to the training.
CPF
This training is not certified, so it is not eligible for the CPF (France's personal training account). The CPF can fund certified training, such as our 4-day programme preparing for the RS No. 6891 certification on producing and reviewing professional content with generative AI, intended for content-production roles and subject to the applicable cap.

Your questions about this training
Is the training only about ChatGPT?
No. The method applies to the main generative AI assistants: ChatGPT, Mistral's Vibe, Microsoft Copilot or HuggingChat. In-house, we work on the tool your company has chosen, with its real settings.
Do we need a paid ChatGPT plan?
Not to learn the method, but the plan decides what happens to your data. According to OpenAI's pages consulted in September 2026, content from ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and the API is not used to train models by default; with an individual account, conversations may be used unless the user has turned this off. We recommend training on the plan you deploy.
Is one day enough?
To get started, yes: 7 hours cover the method and leave real room for practice. Mastery then comes with use. To go further, "Becoming a prompting expert" (1 day, advanced level) covers agents, canvases and chained prompts.
In-house or open session: what is the difference?
In-house (€1,500 excl. VAT for a group from the same company), exercises use your documents, your tool and your rules. In an open session (€500 excl. VAT per participant), examples stay generic: a good fit for one or two people, or to test before rolling out.
Can the training be funded?
Yes, by your OPCO under the skills development plan: JustAI is Qualiopi-certified. This day is not certified and therefore not eligible for the CPF; for content-production roles, our 4-day programme preparing for the RS No. 6891 certification is, subject to the applicable cap.
