Why this training
An assistant in every application, a way of working to change
Microsoft Copilot (formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot) draws on the user's documents, messages and meetings. That is what makes it useful, and also why you need to understand which data it works on.
The training starts from each participant's real tasks: writing, analysing a spreadsheet, preparing a presentation, following up a meeting. The goal is to leave with practised uses, not a list of features.
Permissions become visible
Copilot only shows content the user can already access. Badly set sharing permissions, invisible until now, surface in its answers.
Uses to anchor in each role
Without use cases identified in each function, the assistant stays an icon nobody opens. The training builds these cases with participants.
Answers to check
A meeting summary or a spreadsheet analysis is reviewed before it is shared. Checking is part of the method taught.

Programme
Five modules, inside your applications
One 7-hour day, on-site or remote. Exercises take place in the Microsoft 365 applications and, in-house, on your teams' cases.
Module 1
Copilot features and benefits
What Copilot does, where it works in Microsoft 365, which data it relies on. Key point: it only accesses content the user can already access.
Module 2
Copilot in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Writing and rephrasing a document in Word, analysing a spreadsheet in Excel, building a PowerPoint presentation from an existing document.
Module 3
Copilot in Outlook and Teams
Summarising an email thread and drafting a reply in Outlook; retrieving a meeting's decisions and actions in Teams.
Module 4
Content creation and data analysis
Exercises on participants' cases: notes, summaries, minutes, analysis of spreadsheets and data.
Module 5
Good practice and limits
Checking answers, knowing what not to hand over to the tool, applying internal usage rules.

Funding
Getting the training funded
JustAI's Qualiopi certification gives access to funding from your French skills operator (OPCO). We provide the quote, the detailed programme and the training agreement: the documents your OPCO expects.
OPCO
Your skills operator (Atlas, Opco 2i, Akto, Afdas…) can cover all or part of the training, in-house or in an open session, under the skills development plan. Each OPCO applies its own rules and ceilings.
Payment: what changes on 1 October 2026
At several OPCOs, including Atlas, AKTO and Opco EP, direct payment of the training provider becomes the exception: the company pays the invoice, then claims reimbursement. Check your OPCO's rule before committing to the training.
CPF
This training is not certified, so it is not eligible for the CPF (France's personal training account). The CPF can fund certified training, such as our 4-day programme preparing for the RS No. 6891 certification on producing and reviewing professional content with generative AI, intended for content-production roles and subject to the applicable cap.

Your questions about this training
Do participants need access to Copilot?
To practise in Word, Excel, Outlook or Teams, participants need access to Copilot in their Microsoft 365 environment. Tell us about your situation when you request a quote: we adapt the exercises.
Does Copilot use our data to train its models?
According to Microsoft's documentation consulted in September 2026, prompts, responses and Microsoft Graph data are not used to train foundation models. However, Copilot shows everything the user can already access: overly broad sharing permissions become visible. The training covers this point.
Copilot or ChatGPT: which training should we choose?
The one for the tool your company has deployed. The principles (structuring a request, checking the answer) are shared, but settings, sharing and integration with applications differ. Training on a tool other than the one deployed leaves teams alone with the real questions.
In-house or open session: what is the difference?
In-house (€1,500 excl. VAT for a group from the same company), exercises use your teams' tasks and environment. In an open session (€500 excl. VAT per participant), examples stay generic.
Can the training be funded?
Yes, by your OPCO under the skills development plan: JustAI is Qualiopi-certified. This day is not certified and therefore not eligible for the CPF.
